This quick and easy crockpot buffalo chicken dip is one of the best party appetizers! It’s creamy spicy cheesy and healthy-ish too. Perfect for game day potlucks or weekend snacks this dip is simple to prep and always a crowd favorite!

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, dressing, and garlic powder to crockpot.
- Stir to combine, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice.
- Once hot and bubbly, stir again until creamy and well mixed.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.
