Description

This quick and easy crockpot buffalo chicken dip is one of the best party appetizers! It’s creamy spicy cheesy and healthy-ish too. Perfect for game day potlucks or weekend snacks this dip is simple to prep and always a crowd favorite!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, dressing, and garlic powder to crockpot.
  2. Stir to combine, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice.
  4. Once hot and bubbly, stir again until creamy and well mixed.
  5. Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.
