Ingredients

  • 8 oz short pasta (like shells or rotini)
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix tuna, soup, milk, onion, garlic powder, pepper, and half the cheese. Fold in pasta.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter and toast breadcrumbs until golden. Sprinkle over casserole.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
