  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups vanilla wafers or waffle cookies crushed or whole
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Add condensed milk and cream cheese if using and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  4. Layer cookies at the bottom of a dish followed by pudding banana and strawberries.
  5. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream and extra fruit on top.
  6. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
