- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl mix hashbrowns sour cream soup butter onion half of cheese salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly in prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool 5–10 minutes and garnish with chives before serving.
