- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans drained
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Add beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices.
- Add cooked beef and stir everything together.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Stir before serving and add toppings as desired.

- Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
