Description

This slow cooker chili is the best easy dinner idea packed with flavor beans and spices! A quick healthy and hearty meal that’s simple to make and perfect for chilly nights or game day gatherings. Beginner-friendly and great for meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain fat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic to the slow cooker.
  3. Add beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices.
  4. Add cooked beef and stir everything together.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  6. Stir before serving and add toppings as desired.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Add corn or bell peppers for extra texture.
