- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain and cool.
- Sauté sausage in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
- Cook shrimp in same pan with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until pink.
- Add broccoli and sausage back to the pan. Toss everything to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Microwave-steam the broccoli to save time.
- Use any sausage you prefer, like chicken or turkey.
