  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  4. Spread cream cheese filling down the center of each rectangle.
  5. Add raspberry preserves and a few fresh raspberries on top.
  6. Fold sides of pastry inward, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with almonds.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
