Looking for the best pizza casserole? This easy, quick and cheesy dish is a family favorite loaded with pasta, sauce, and melty toppings! A simple and fun dinner idea with all your favorite pizza flavors baked into one dish. Great for busy nights or potlucks!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne or ziti pasta
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 20 pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl mix pasta with marinara sauce Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. In a greased 9×13 dish layer half the pasta half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan. Repeat layers.
  4. Top with pepperoni slices evenly across the casserole.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • Add sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Swap in turkey pepperoni or sausage if preferred.
