- 12 oz penne or ziti pasta
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 20 pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a bowl mix pasta with marinara sauce Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- In a greased 9×13 dish layer half the pasta half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan. Repeat layers.
- Top with pepperoni slices evenly across the casserole.
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
