- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and add a little butter.
- Drop tablespoons of batter into the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat until all batter is used. Serve warm.
