- 1 pound thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and everything is coated.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
