Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until melted and everything is coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
