  • 1 loaf brioche or French bread, cubed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and add cubed bread and blueberries.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour mixture over bread, pressing down lightly to soak.
