- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and set a wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each drumstick in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat.
- Place on rack and drizzle or spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Let rest a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
