- 300g fettuccine or linguine
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear on each side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
