- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and mix well.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture gently.
- Spread filling over chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- Remove from pan and top with desired toppings before serving.
