Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet until dough forms.
  6. Fold in M&Ms, saving some to press on top.
  7. Scoop dough onto sheets and bake 9–11 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
