- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 cups mango puree
- 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Fresh mango slices (for garnish)
- Fresh passionfruit (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare three 8-inch cake pans.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the batter.
- Divide into pans and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Mix mango puree and passionfruit pulp together for filling.
- Layer cake with fruit filling and whipped cream between each layer.
- Pipe whipped cream on top and garnish with mango and passionfruit.
- Chill before slicing and serving.
