- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a skillet cook ground beef over medium heat breaking it apart until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce brown sugar sesame oil and red pepper if using. Simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- While beef simmers prepare rice and fresh toppings.
