  • 1 cooked pork cutlet (tonkatsu)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dashi stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 bowl cooked white rice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Reheat the tonkatsu and slice into strips.
  2. In a skillet, combine dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until soft.
  4. Place tonkatsu over onions and simmer briefly.
