- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream; stir until combined.
- Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour half the batter into pan, swirl in hot fudge, then add remaining batter and more fudge on top.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool before slicing; drizzle with more hot fudge if desired.
