Description
Great for breakfast, gifting, or cozy fall baking, this banana bread is sweetened with honey and kissed with warm vanilla flavor.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl and mix in butter, honey, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Pour into loaf pan and drizzle extra honey on top if desired.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
- Use coconut oil instead of butter for a dairy-free version.
- To freeze, wrap slices in plastic and store in a freezer bag.
