Ingredients

  • 8 mini bell peppers (red, orange, yellow)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice mini peppers in half and remove seeds.
  3. Mix mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Spoon cheese mixture into each pepper half and smooth out the tops.
