Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows (10 oz)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Candy eyes
  • 1 cup white candy melts or white chocolate (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil (for hands)

Instructions

  1. Pop popcorn and place in a large bowl, removing unpopped kernels.
  2. Melt butter in a pot, then add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour over popcorn and mix until coated.
  5. Lightly oil hands and shape mixture into balls.
  6. (Optional) Dip front of balls in melted white candy melts.
  7. Add candy eyes while still tacky.
  8. Let cool completely and enjoy!
