- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices fresh mozzarella or 6 bocconcini balls
- 6 black olive slices
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook rigatoni until al dente, drain, and toss with olive oil.
