Ingredients

  • 8 oz yakisoba or lo mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki or oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden.
  3. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat in butter.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki or oyster sauce and stir well.
