Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 frozen gyoza
  • 5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup baby bok choy or spinach
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Optional chili oil for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add broth and soy sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  4. Add frozen gyoza and simmer for 6–8 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Stir in chopped green onions. Ladle into bowls and top with chili oil if desired.
