Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp cracked black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 12 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some water.
- Rub steak with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt. Let sit while skillet heats.
- Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest before slicing.
- In saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and simmer, then stir in parmesan until smooth.
- Toss pasta with the sauce, adding pasta water if needed for consistency.
- Slice steak and layer over the creamy pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra sauce.
