Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into even meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
