- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion until browned. Drain and cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit round and add a spoonful of beef and cheddar to the center.
- Seal the dough into a ball and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over the tops. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked bacon for extra flavor inside the filling.
- Let the meat cool before stuffing to keep the dough easy to seal.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dip.
- Freeze unbaked bombs for a quick snack later—just bake from frozen!
