- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb beef tips or stew meat
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef broth and simmer. Return beef to pan and cook until tender.
- Add pasta to the skillet and toss with the beef and sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Stir in Parmesan and parsley. Serve warm with extra cheese on top.

- Use ground beef for a quicker version.
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.
