- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- In same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
- Stir in chicken broth, honey, and Dijon mustard. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce. Simmer 2–3 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Use chicken breasts if preferred—just cook slightly less time.
