Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 4 flatbreads or pita

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt to create a marinade. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare sauce with more Greek yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, and feta. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Grill chicken on medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest and slice.
  4. Slice cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  5. Warm flatbreads in a skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Spread yogurt sauce on flatbread, add sliced chicken, top with veggies, and more sauce. Wrap and serve.
