- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes over the top.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and juice around the roast.
- Place butter slices on top. Add garlic if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
