Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika or mustard powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. Add uncooked pasta, shredded cheeses, and cream cheese.
  3. Pour in milk and evaporated milk. Add butter and seasonings.
  4. Stir to combine well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  6. Once pasta is tender and sauce is creamy, switch to warm and serve.
