- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Tortillas (for serving)
- Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot and pour salsa over the top.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks and mix into the juices.
- Add lime juice and stir again.
- Serve in tortillas and garnish with fresh cilantro.
