- 2 1/2 pounds potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cube potatoes, leaving the skin on.
- In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add potatoes to the crockpot and pour sauce over them. Stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours until tender.
- Stir in most of the cheeses 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Cover until cheese is melted, then stir and serve warm.

- Substitute frozen hash browns for quicker prep.
- Add bacon or green onions for extra flavor.
