- 1 cup baby potatoes, halved

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in potatoes, corn, beans, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese. Let cheese melt fully.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot with parsley on top.
