Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 8 oz pasta or egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken strips until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
