- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Stir in tomato paste, cook for 1 minute. Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Use reserved water if needed to loosen sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.
