- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced

- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste and Italian seasoning, cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add drained pasta to sauce, stir until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
