- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 green onions chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine chicken cream cheese sour cream ranch seasoning half the cheddar and half the green onions.
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until top is golden and melted.
- Let rest for a few minutes then garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
