- 8 oz pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Sear chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Set aside to rest.
- Boil pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and spices. Let simmer for 1 minute.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add pasta water as needed.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- Slice the chicken and place on top. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
