- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan well.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix in sour cream, then add dry ingredients gradually and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle cinnamon mixture, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a rack to cool completely.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk for glaze and drizzle over the cooled cake.
