Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth then mix in vanilla and salt.
- Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into pan evenly and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden on edges.
- Cool completely then slice into squares or rectangles.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in short bursts stirring until smooth.
- Dip each piece halfway into chocolate and place on parchment.
- Chill for 15 minutes to set the chocolate before serving.
