  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until golden.
  4. Whisk in flour to form a roux, cook 1–2 minutes.
  5. Gradually whisk in broth and cream, stir until thickened.
  6. Stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, and chicken.
  7. Add spaghetti and mix gently to coat.
  8. Transfer to greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
