- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk with salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Whisk waffle batter ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter. Let rest.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then back in flour for a thick crust.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through. Drain on rack.
