- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the remaining pasta mixture and top with more mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
