Description

Great for Taco Tuesday, family dinners, or casual parties—these sizzling chicken fajitas are fast, flavorful, and fun to eat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas for serving
  • Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Toss sliced chicken with fajita seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Slice peppers and onion into strips.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, cook peppers and onions for 4-5 minutes until soft and slightly charred.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together with lime juice.
  6. Warm tortillas and serve with fajita mix and fresh cilantro.

  • Marinate chicken for extra flavor.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for spice.
