Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour tortillas for serving
- Fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Toss sliced chicken with fajita seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
- Slice peppers and onion into strips.
- Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook peppers and onions for 4-5 minutes until soft and slightly charred.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together with lime juice.
- Warm tortillas and serve with fajita mix and fresh cilantro.
