Description

Great for date nights, family dinners, or cozy gatherings—this chicken Alfredo pasta brings creamy indulgence every time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente then drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Let chicken rest and slice thinly.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes then add Parmesan and whisk until smooth.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in Alfredo sauce to coat well.
  7. Top pasta with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley and more Parmesan.

  • Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
