Ingredients

  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
