Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet, sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir to warm through.
  3. Lay tortillas flat, sprinkle cheese on one half, add chicken, and fold.
  4. Melt butter in skillet and toast wraps 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
